The service that I received was excellent. All of the orders we needed were under big timeline crunches and you guys came through. I dealt with Tony Basto and he was awesome. Always returned my calls and was very diligent to get the correct part ordered as these thermocouples were a little bit of a special item. He worked late to make sure these were ordered and kept on top of things. The product seems to be holding up as well as the ones we put in 2006.
